We want you love all your MADKIS merch, so if it’s just not right for you, send it back & we’ll hook you up with a store credit to find something you will love.

 

REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed & in brand-new condition.

  2. Fill out the form below - please include your order number.

  3. When your request is approved, we'll email you a return label.
  4. Ship your item back to us - your store credit will hit your inbox as soon as it's received & approved.

 

THE DETAILS

  • You’ve got 15 days from the moment it hits your doorstep to send it back.

  • The following can’t be returned: custom-order products, sale items & anything not in its original condition aka just how it arrived to you.

  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed & looking fresh.

  • Your credit will match what you paid minus shipping & tax.

  • Return shipping costs are taken out of the store credit amount.

  • Once your return is in & approved, we’ll email your store credit ASAP.
  • Your store credit never expires - shop now, shop later, shop whenever you want.
